Usage   
$ trash-monkey --help
trash-monkey:  delete old messages from mailboxes

Usage:
  trash-monkey []   [  ... ]

Options:
  --help       Show this usage text.
  --man        Show the comprehensive documentation.
  --nodelete   Don't delete any messages; just show what would have been done.
  --verbose|-v Show details of progress (give more than once for more info).
  --version    Show the version (0.1.14).
